At Botanic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable beauty journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our botanists inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
